An incredible 3 night retreat located in the stunning River Run lodge in the beautiful Huon Valley Tasmania! Hosted by Jamie Patara and Dan Byrne we look forward to taking you on a magical journey and experience that you will never forget.

Merkaba Studio – 15 Mills Street Cheltenham, VIC
The session will begin with a 15-20 minute grounding Breathwork transitioning into a journey of grounding, shamanic & ethereal flow of tones, vibrations & frequencones.
Instruments used but not limited to; handpans, the crystal harp, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, harmonium, shamanic instruments, Native American flutes, chimes, rain stick, ocean drum & gongs washing over you.
Dan creates a peaceful and meditative atmosphere to help you relax, feel what needs to be felt & let go of anything you may be holding on to.
Through the power of sound & breath, you’ll be guided on a journey of self-discovery and inner healing, as Dan takes you through a series of healing frequencies & vibrations that are designed to balance your mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this event promises to be an unforgettable & unique experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Mats and blankets required. feel free to bring along anything else that will make you extra comfy. Journal & pens. Water.

Intuitive Sounds
Dan and Christina are very excited to bring this magical for the season final. As the Full Moon energy is heightened and connection is strong as the sun set for the night, let us conjure your magical spirits as we join Dan & Christina for their Intuitive Sound Healing Ceremony.
Prepare yourself for the deepest healing you will ever experience as the sun set and the Full moon is upon us.
This will be held outside as the sun will set, joined by the sound of the ocean.
Christina and Dan come together for the healing experience you have been waiting for.
With full power, they step together to create a space that will leave you feeling harmonious, transfigured and alleviated as you are held with mother earth and grandfather sun.
Let’s bring our hearts to this space and feel the vibrations of the sound work through our body, mind and spirit to bring us deeper into meditation, healing and shatter all that is not serving us, as we breath as one with deep relaxational breathwork
Feel the waves of the Cacao work through your heart and expand your centre as the energy of Serenity Vibration Healing & Theta Healing fills your higher self with love and clears your consciousness.
Connect to yourself, nature and each other.
Please arrive at 4:00pm for a 4:15pm Start
Ceremonial Cacao will be served.
Please bring along:
– Keep me Cup for your Cacao
– A yoga mat or some kind of rug to lay on (note the sand can be wet so please bring a yoga matt under your rugs and towels)
– Blankets or sleeping bags (we will be outside so bring as many blankets to keep you warm)
– Pillow for your head and to sit on if needed
– Swimmers & Towel for a cleansing dip in the ocean after (if you are keen for it)
– Journal & pen
Weather dependent, if we are going to have heavy rain then we will reschedule, but a little light rain we will still go ahead. Make sure you dress warm.
Note:
The location is on the left to the Canadian Bay Club. As you come into the car park you, if you are facing the ocean the path is to the corner. Do Not go down the staris, it is a smooth path down to the beach where you can not miss us.
